This place is nice, and has excellent wi-fi, a free airport shuttle, and a comfortable fitness centre. The staff once helped me find my way, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying the laundry room. I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

Neat unit with separate bedroom. Stunning, incredible location close enough to station and shopping mall, shops / station / airport and the train station which is connected to the two main subway systems in Tokyo.

poor attitude

Some staff have poor attitude, definitely not the royal treatment I deserved! I expected an upgrade for the inconvenience. I almost wrote a lovely review, but those smells made it impossible to enjoy anything.

The Small Double Room was spacious and equipped with a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a tv. Loved the shower with all the toiletries, and the yukata was a nice touch. Free shuttle service to the airport was super convenient, and there were amenities like a laundry room and gym too.

Positive, The staff are super approachable, and check-in was easy with the self-service machine. I loved the spacious room for our family. The free shuttle was convenient for our airport transfers. Definitely a solid choice for a layover!

The free airport shuttle service made my arrival and departure smooth-I barely had to wait! The gym area was a fantastic addition. I especially loved the buffet breakfast with an excellent variety of both Japanese and Western cuisine.
